President Alex called the meeting to order. Items on the agenda

1) Funding from Rotaract Club of Windsor to WLA- Windsor Leadership Association. President Alex read letter and it was decided
that we would not be able to attend the event but President Alex and Josh would be in attendance to help advertise
for the fashion show.

2) Subcommittee Updates- A1 Chinese Restaurant was contacted for donations of food. President Alex contacted and booked
William Patchett to guest speak for the night.

3) Tues/ Thurs model fashion show sign up 11:30-3:00 ( we need donation box, posters. etc)

4)President Alex called Rob from Campus hoodies and is looking into prices for hoodies for the group

The club is looking into getting other restaurants to donate food.

5) Soiree’s appointment has been booked for Jan 30th at 11AM. Anmol, Heide, Anna, Alex and Cynthia will be going to dicuss decorations
with Soiree.

6) Proffessors have been approached to be a part of the show.

Following no further business the meeting was terminated by President Alex who thanked all for coming.
