Welcome Remarks
The President, Alex Kais, took the chair and welcomed those in attendance.
The agenda for the upcoming week was discussed the following was agreed upon.
Monday March 16, 2009
8.45am Kathy, Alex, Anna, Cynthia will be meeting at the mall with the models at Melanie Lynn then proceeding unto J-Michaels and Laura.
7.00pm Run through in the pub. All members are asked to attend.
Tuesday March 17, 2009
10.00am Geoff, Shammy and Furook will be meeting at the school then going to Soiree’s Events Extraordinary. The address: 3012 Tecumseh Road East.
Alex will also be paying the catering services. Their fee was a $566.00. This is fee is being cover by the UWSA funding that we received.
Wednesday March 18, 2009
11.30am Pick up at the mall Geoff, Cynthia, Heidi and Alex.
Anna will be collecting the clothes from Diva
Thursday March 19, 2009. (The Day of the Event)
Schedule for arrival to the ambassador auditorium
8.00 am Alex, Cynthia, Geoff and Shammy will be meeting on the main floor of the CAW to transport everything to the Ambassador auditorium.
8.30am Geoff, Brad

1.00pm Heidi, Rhea, Anna, Brad
Before Andrew collects the food from A1 he will be going and collect balloons from the dollar store.
Miss Teen Ontario (Chelsea) spoke to us about why she wanted to get involve in this project. She will be assisting us on the day of the event. She will be at the door and also working with the models. Members please remember to support her and go online and vote.
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ALL MEMBERS MUST BE WEARING THIERS PINS THE NIGHT OF THE EVENT.

The pamphlet is being prepared by Kathy. She bought a draft for the members.
Termination of Meeting
President Alex thanked all the members for their thoughts and input. There being no further business to come before the meeting, the President terminated the meeting at 2:24 pm.
