Meeting Begins at 4:39
•    We began by sampling music from various different artists for the event on the 20th
•    We have sold 60 tickets so far and climbing very fast
•    The wine is done and bottled so we will send Winter and Jay a thank you card from Rotaract
•    We will be keeping the bottles of wine that we don’t sell on the night of the event and the bottles will have Rotaract labels on them

•    Our new member Juliette was introduced to Rotaract
•    A follow up article will be coming out in the lance next week for “Delight of the Muses”
•    Extra tickets can be printed but we want to sell the ones that are already printed
•    Cash box has been taken care of
•    The photographer Jack will be given a gift of money
•    And Jack would also like to join the club
•    Byron is going to see about getting a message out to the law school students about the Art Auction
•    If we could also look into getting transportation for students from school so we should get a bus schedule up as well

•    Alex: all in favor of approving a $100 for Jack doing the photography for the night – APPROVED
•    Ally and Alex will start working on the Rotaract board for the night
•    Still need to figure out set up schedule for the day before
•    Deadline for Art work submission is tomorrow
•    We will be having non-alcoholic drinks and 4 vegetable platters
o    2 L coke x 2
o    2 L sprite
o    2 cases of water
o    2 L diet coke
o    2 orders of the biggest sandwich platters they have

•    Pop will be charged for as well as bottled water
•    Stacey and Tonny are still working on the program flyer
•    The group picture was taken for the Lance

•    Friday everyone needs to be at the gallery 6:00 pm
•    If you could be there for 5:00 pm that would be even better
•    If you are setting up them please be there by 12:00 pm
