•    November 20th is the final date for auction
•    IF YOU ARE NOT THERE THEN DON’T COME TO MEETINGS ANYMORE!
•    Be there!
•    Anna has been attending the meetings of rotary
•    The lance contains an add about the auction
•    Bryon will send photos to Anna and Anna will print them off at Costco 11’ x 18’
•    Deadline for Art pieces is November 13th, the Friday
•    Pamphlets will be coming in from Big Brothers, Big Sisters
•    DRESS: Where pins if you have them and we can all wear rotary international name tags, and dress is open but should be business/casual
•    Wine is taken care of by Erin and the food will be from Costco and will be picked up the day of
•    5- 5:30 set up for the entertainment (band)
•    Set up on the 19th, Kristen, Anna, Kathy, and a doodle will be sent out tonight
•    We will need 2 -3 people to hang paintings
•    Laine can help Anna pick up food at Costco after 11:30
•    Phila can set up the plates on the table and the food
•    Laine and Andrew will be serving wine
•    If we have sold tickets we need a list of the names
•    A message will be sent out to everyone to give all your phone numbers
•    Brad has been contacting media outlets such as radio stations that have been advertising the Art Auction and in the lance and pulse.
•    Laine is going to contact the pulse (Christopher Trotman)
•    We can have our banner up in the gallery
•    Allyssa and Alex will make a billboard for Rotaract
•    Tonny and Stacey will make a pamphlet
•    Push the selling of the art to Rotary members
