October 19th 2008

Hi Everyone,

There was a meeting on the 19th of October to discuss the planning of the Haunted House.
We were given 200$ to spend on decorations and refreshments from the “Im not that guy/girl campaign”

We are having 2 set up dates the 23rd at 7:00pm

Will be coming to the art building across McDonalds to help set up.

The Morning of the 24th at 9:00 am

Bradley is looking into getting black lights, Anna is getting the orb? or fish bowl. ( Need vinegar and baking soda for the fortune tellers table*
Alex is working on the music, getting speakers in LeBel. He will be bringing 3 boom boxes to the LeBel, Laine said she could provide one herself as well.
Josh is bringing strobe lights on Thursday as well. Tony is looking into a fog machine. Josh has a fog machine but it needs the liquid for it?

The night of the event Friday OCTOBER 24TH

7:15pm Alex will be there at LeBel
7:30pm Anna, Rhea, Josh, Tony, Shammy will meet Alex to do a run through and minor set up ( the art lounge will be used as our work area, it needs
to be cleared out which will be done Thursday night)

8:30 Anna’s Brother (Igor costume) will arive and Heide will also
9:15 Cynthia and Bradley will be arriving

Anyone else who is not on the list please come as fast as you can, Laine has work that night so she may not be able to make it.

Amanda * please look into the ouija board !!*
Brad and Anna will man the doors and take money ( Heide is providing safe box)
Brad will also take pictures and help to judge the costume contest!

This was a very successfull meeting, and if there is ANY emergency what so ever we have said thaT WEDNESDAY THE 21ST Alex and Cynthia
will be in LeBel if you have any more questions. Just call us or pop in to the school and ask around for us.

Other items of Business
Brad talked about the website please add him to facebook and send him a picture of yourself and a small profile for the members sections
on the new website whcih will be up soon and revealed to all. Brad also said he can do posters for the event as well. ( Make sure
they are stamped at CAW!)

Letter from Rotary international was sent ( will be put up on website for members to read soon)

Anna: Tentative dates were set for the masked ball at the tentative location of Willstead Manner for Feb 6th, 27th and 28th
We also set up a tentative date for the gala/fashion show at the end of March aroudn the 27th or 28th as well.

Great meeting, and we will all see each other on thursday night!
