Welcome visiting Rotarian Vincent Franzoi from Rotary Windsor Roseland

1. Club days and New Members

-it was suggested that next years club days should have a bigger poster, with more information about Rotary and Clubs purpose. 50 people signed up this year which was a significant improvement from last year

-3 new members were presented today: Pila, Tiffany, and Byron they introduced themselves and are excited to be a part of this club

2. CLUB SUMMIT- monday september 28th 2009 ambassador auditorium, Shammy, Kathy, Cynthia and Alex will be in attendance

3. Art Auction names, ticket prices, director of events notes. Vincent will speak to us about his vision for the event.

Tickets will be $5.00 in advance or $8.00 at the door. Pieces must be submitted a week before the event. Tentatively Nov. 1 2009. This date may be extended.

There will be a doodle for the name of the event where all will vote as well as a separate doodle will be sent out to vote on which organization the money will go to.

Big Brothers and Big Sisters was brought up as well as United Ways organizations ( charities that they support)

Need to discuss whether we want a live or silent auction

We need to start contacting the Lance, make a facebook group, windsor star, cjam, milk, phog, artcite, art gallery og windsor, university LeBel school of art, bRENNAN.

4. Polos and membership fees, members paid for shirts and polos

5. Meeting times and setting up a doodle for the weekend as well as during the week.

We will not meet if flyers and tickets and organization and name of the event are picked.

A doodle will be sent out for all members to vote on

Mandatory Executive meetings will be held after each general meeting.
